ArtSci2001 EXHIBIT
(display boards from attendees)

Instead of what is traditionally called POSTER sessions,
our EXHIBIT/POSTER area will showcase the types of work that our
attendees are doing in the art-sci field. Your visual/text display boards are to be
posted on our free-standing exhibit panels in the central court of our symposium
site. This will also be a networking opportunity, as push-pins will allow other
attendees to leave messages near the boards to set-up meeting times during the
conference or leave notes.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE -
All attendees are invited to bring to the symposium a display board:
- uniformly same size (11"wide x 18" high)
- poster board (any color)
- visual & text about your work (or what you'd like to do)
- contact information /business card (at bottom of board)
- installation times: reception after Friday evening keynote /anytime
(Containers of push-pins will be attached to the exhibit panels.)

There will also be a "MESSAGE BOARD" on one of the exhibit panels.
