	The "Free Trial Membership" offer will only be in the first year of the INDEX. After that, membership will be in different categories: Per Use (24 hours) - $5 Trial Membership (one month) - $10 Regular Membership (3 months) - $15 Regular Membership (6 months) - $25 Regular Membership (1-year) - $40 Professional Services Membership-$100 begins immediately. Please allow 7-10 days for processing when payment is required.
