Danielle Wilde is a graduate of the LEM program (Laboratory
of Movement Study) in the Experimental Design Dept. of Ecole
Internationale de Theatre, Jacques Lecocq. Born in Australia,
her work has taken her around Australia and Europe, and most
recently to North America where she performed at The San Francisco
International Fringe Festival. She has performed and produced
work for the Sydney Festival, Adelaide Fringe Festival, Byron
Bay On The Edge Festival, Darling Harbour Comedy Festival, and
the Spring Dance Collection in Sydney. In Europe, she has worked
in Paris, where she was commissioned to create a new solo work
by the Australian Embassy for Expo Langues; and in France, Germany
and Denmark where she toured with Tess de Quincey, of Mai-Juku
Performance Co., and The Magdalena Project. Wilde teaches performance
making, physical and environmental theater and builds dynamic
structures, objects and costumes. |
