for ENTRY FORM
DEADLINE: August 3, 2009

Everyone must fill-out & "submit" Online Entry Form
IMAGES: [put info onto Entry Form]
Have your JPG images sized, saved & named properly.
[naming example: "SmithJH_Molecular3.jpg"]
For allowable image size, read "Guidelines"
*You can also just send an email with the images attached. Make sure to put: "Digital'09 + YOUR NAME onto the "Subject Line" of that email.
- Image Caption Info: [each JPG] onto Entry Form
[title, dimensions, output media, and date for each print]
- Have "Statement" ready to copy/paste into Entry Form. Your Statement should relate to submitted jpg(s), not "general," and is used for the exhibition "wall signage" and in the online exhibition if your work is selected].
- Print-out & Save your Online Entry Form
before clicking on the "confirm" button
- Send images at same time as Entry Form+Payment
