ENTRY FEES: Instructions & Payment
DEADLINE: August 16, 2010 [for Entry Forms, JPG Images & Payment]
ENTRY FEES: $20.00 - one image Only ["first" image] $5.00 - for each additional image [max. of 5] THERE ARE 4 WAYS TO PAY: [Checks NOT accepted, online payment only.]
1) PAY by Credit Card: Use a Major Credit Card: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, e-Check. Your personal information is secure and safe via encryption technology at Paypal.
Print-Out & Follow Instructions Carefully:
- Select the amount of images in the drop-down menu of the "Buy Now" button [below]. - When you click on the "Buy Now" button, you will automatically be taken to ASCI's Account Page at PAYPAL.COM, a secure webserver. At top of page see: "Art & Science Collaborations, Inc. (ASCI)"
- You will see your TOTAL "Entry Fee" [top of page]
- Do NOT "login" to Paypal !!!
- Scroll-down to just above the credit card icons near bottom left of the page, where it says... Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available).

- Click on the word "continue"
- ON THIS SECOND PAGE... Scroll-down left of page to: "Enter Your Billing Info" [Fill-in your Credit Card information here.] * You must fill-in every line or it will not work! * Make sure to use address on your credit card bill * Make sure to enter "CSC" [secturity code" that is usually the last 3 digits on the back of your card]
- Click "Review Order & Continue" * If you are missing information/or its incorrect, the Form will not go to next step; it comes-back telling you which information is missing/incorrect. However! this message is hard to find on their Form. Look for it near the top of the "Billing Info" area. Put new or corrected info into "Billing Info" area and click "Review Order & Continue" again.
- When successful, the "Form" asks you to "Review your Payment" [at top of page].
- Then, click on "Pay $___" button under the "Totals" [near top of page]
- You will receive a "Thank-You For Your Payment" message, and there will be a "Receipt ID#" [copy ID# down or print-out the page].
- You [& ASCI] will receive Email Receipts from Paypal.

2) PAY with Your PAYPAL Account:
- Select the amount of images in the drop-down menu of the "Buy Now" button [above]. - Go to the center of page & "Login" with your account info.
- Follow Paypal's instructions from there - You [& ASCI] will receive email receipts for payment.
3) Open a Paypal account: national/international This service is international and allows you to send money from your bank account via email [to ASCI or anyone in the world that has a Paypal Account].
- Go to Paypal website: http://www.paypal.com
- Click on "Sign Up" [in tool bar at top of page]
- Follow the instructions
- It may take a few hours for Paypal to confirm your bank account... so do this in-advance of the Digital'2010 deadline! Paypal will send you an email when your new Paypal Account is ready to use [normally the same day].
- Return to this page and follow #2 above
4) A Friend with a Paypal Account could pay for you! Your friend should follow instructions in #2 [above]. Since your name is on the Entry Form... we need to know who paid for you! Send ASCI an email giving us their name and that they paid for you + give your name. EMAIL: "asci [at] asci [dot] org"
NOTE ABOUT PAYPAL: ASCI has used Paypal.com for 9.5-years to accept ASCI membership dues, event registrations, and entry fees from people with Paypal Accounts in the USA and around the world with absolutely NO problems. You and ASCI get email receipts for all payments.
