Both you and ASCI will receive a receipt via email within a matter of a few minutes. *Paypal.com converts international currency for free. 

~ Use your Credit Card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover)
After clicking on a category below, you will be brought to ASCI's Paypal Account. Here you'll see Your Subscription amount at the top of page, then "scroll-down" the area that says: "Enter Your Billing Information" and fill-in that info. Then click "Review & Continue" button and follow instructions.  Both you and ASCI will receive a receipt via email within a matter of a few minutes.  *Paypal.com converts international currency for free.
