Online Entry Form & Payment
ONLINE ENTRY PROCESS:
This year we are collecting all entry information via an Online Entry Form. This will help streamline the Jurying process and facilitate the online exhibition.
Deadline: August 1, 2005
STEP #1
Everyone must FILL-OUT and “submit” the ONLINE FORM. Make sure to include... “Caption” information for each image [no matter how you are sending the jpg’s]. First create the jpg’s according to size and resolution specifications given in the Prospectus, before entering this information in the Entry Form. Do not “submit” form without captions for all images.
STEP #2
Options For Sending JPGs:
1) Attach jpg(s) to 1-2 emails
First, enter “caption information” for each jpg in Online Entry Form! Do NOT put any information in the email; it will not be forwarded to the Juro - Send emails with jpg attachments to: asci@asci.org - Subject Line: Digital’05 + [Your Name]
2) Post jpg(s) online [preferable!] Post jpg(s) at your website or on special web-page. Note: image size and resolution must be as specified in Prospectus, even if posted on your website!Enter “image URLs” + “caption info” for each jpg in Online Entry Form!
STEP #3
Options For Sending Entry Fees:
[$5.00 per/image; maximum 10 images]
1) Checks payable to “ASCI” [USA residents Only] - Check must be in US$ and drawn on a United States bank account.
- Name on your check will be cross-referenced to the name on your Entry Form.

2) Pay via PAYPAL.COM [Out of USA] This service is international and allows you to send money via email. Name on Paypal Email Receipt will be cross-referenced to the name on your Entry Form.

Setting-up a new Paypal account can take 3-4 business days so allow time! If you don’t have time, perhaps a friend has an account, but make sure they put: Digital’05 + YOUR NAME in the “Memo area” when paying online.] ASCI has used Paypal.com for five years to accept ASCI membership dues from USA and around the world with absolutely NO problems.
