ENTRY FEES: Instructions & Payment
DEADLINE: August 10, 2008 [for Entry Forms, JPG images & Payment]
ENTRY FEES: There are 3-ways to pay. $10.00 per/image [1-5 images total] [Checks are NOT accepted.]
1) Via Credit Card Payments: Use a Major Credit Card: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, e-Check. [Your personal information is secure and safe via encryption technology at Paypal.]
Follow instructions below carefully:
- Click on the "Pay Now" button below - A "form" comes-up which is at Paypal's "secure site" At top of that page [Art & Science Collaborations' account]
- Where it says "Unit Price", type your TOTAL "Entry Fee"
- Click on "Up-Date Totals"
- Do NOT "login" into Paypal
- Go to near bottom of Form: "Enter Your Billing Info" [your Credit Card info] * Make sure to use address on your credit card acct. * Make sure to enter "CSC" [secturity code" that is usually the last 3 digits on the back of your card.
- Click "Review Order & Continue" * If you are missing information/or its incorrect, the "form" will not go to next step; it comes-back telling you which information is missing/incorrect. However! this message is hard to find on their "form". Look near the top of the "Billing Info" area. Put new or corrected info into "billing area" and click "Review Order & Continue" again.
- If it is successful, the "form" asks you to "Review your Payment" [at top of page].
- Now click on "Pay $___" button under the "Totals" [near top of page]
- Then you will receive a "Thank-You For Your Payment" message, and there will be a "Receipt ID#" [copy ID# down or print-out this page].
- You [& ASCI] will receive email receipts for payment.

2) Via Your PAYPAL.COM account: This service is international and allows you to send money from your bank account via email. Name on Paypal Email Receipt will be cross-referenced to the name on your Entry Form. A friend with a Paypal account could send your Entry Fees for you. Follow these instructions:
- Click on the "Pay Now" button below - A form comes-up. Go to the top of that page!
- Where it says "Unit Price", type your TOTAL "Entry Fee"
- Click on "Up-Date Totals"
- Go to center of page & "Login"
- Follow Paypal's instructions from there - You [& ASCI] will receive email receipts for payment.
CLICK ON BUTTON BELOW when you're ready to pay:
3) Open a Paypal account: national/international
- Go to Paypal website: http://www.paypal.com
- Click on "Sign Up" [in tool bar at top of page]
- Follow the instructions
- It may take several hours [or even a "day"... so do it in-advance of our deadline!] to confirm your bank account. They will send you an email when your new Paypal Account is ready to use.
- Return to this page, #2 above [follow those instructions]
