DISPLAY PANELS

 

We invite all symposium attendees to post information brochures, color copies of your work + your contact info, business cards, etc. on free-standing display panels located in the large atrium that forms the central hub of the symposium site. The atrium is conveniently located between the auditorium and the Breakout Session rooms, and the other end has large circular tables for Coffeebreak/Networking times. Plastic cups full of push-pins will be affixed to the display panels for posting at anytime during the event. Please do NOT post "original works" as there will be no guards and it is intended as a way to informally share your work, post a notice, etc.
