Artist Statement:
Conceptually, I position the work to act as a mediator
between physical and implied space, dealing with notions of the transformative
nature of the image. I am particularly interested in realizing the potential
of form that affords engagement and interaction at its most fundamental
level. I find that the ephemeral nature of electronic and intermedia
art
transcends the traditional modes and expectations of art making. The
importance of the
tangible object becomes fleeting, placing emphasis on the experience.
