Artist Statement:
An algorithmically generated image becomes a manifold
or dimension. That manifold is replicated and rotated to produce four
manifolds, each aligned to the four quadrants of a cartesian map. The
four manifolds are then regularly interleaved - each quadrant representing
one dimension in space or time. This composite 4 dimensional manifold
_is_
space and time - its deformation the result of forces in the universe,
large and small.
