Artist Statement:
I have always shot film, but recently have added digital
manipulation to the process. Through camera lens & shutter, natural
& manmade elements in their environments are recorded. Pictorial
elements are then scanned, manipulated and printed alluding to a vast
unseen. "Alien Composition #1" is a matching of macro photography
with other pictorial elements. My current imaging laboratories include;
NYC streets, Bash-Bish Falls, NY, Cape Cod & the Islands, and my
kitchen.
